Englefield Estate Snowman Trail

A big thank you and well done to all the children who took part in designing a snowman for the Englefield Estate Snowman Trail. The teachers had the tricky decision of choosing their winning designers, who then collaborated and worked together to paint the final two snowmen. We think they look absolutely amazing!

Please do visit the Englefield Snowman Trail between the 20^th December and 6^th January to see if you can spot our grinch reindeer snowman and the rainbow Hawaiian snowman! Mrs Bassford

During this term, Mortimer St. John’s Art Club had the exciting opportunity to design and decorate snowmen for the Englefield Estate Snowman Trail. The children discussed the patterns and colours they could use and each drew a design. These designs were then combined to make two final designs.

The children used acrylic paints to create patterns and features on the snowmen. The snowmen looked fantastic and the children were very proud of their final work. We are really looking forward to seeing the snowmen in the woodlands on the trail.
